To use a discount code from Shopilo, follow these steps:

1. Choose the discount code you want to use from the store’s list of deals.
2. Check the “Details” section to see the offer’s terms and conditions and make sure it applies to the items in your cart.
3. Click the “Show code” button. A pop-up will appear on your screen with the offer details and the discount code.
4. Click “Copy” to copy the code.
5. Paste the copied code into the promo code or voucher box at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically once the conditions are met.

Discount codes need to be entered manually in the shopping cart, in the promo code or voucher box. The discount is only applied after adding the code and if the offer’s conditions are met.

Promotions are discounts applied automatically by the store and don’t require entering a code. They can also have specific conditions, such as up to 30% off selected items, free delivery on orders over $150, or discounts automatically applied when your purchase exceeds a certain amount.

A discount code might not work for several reasons. Sometimes, the store may change the offer’s terms without prior notice, making the code invalid before its expected expiry date.

It’s also possible that the items in your cart aren’t eligible for that specific code. For example, the minimum order value hasn’t been reached or certain items are excluded from the promotion.
